From there we will help along the way following our standard process in planning and budgeting up to the execution of the event.  

No limitation to the preparation timeline; we are equipped with a professional team that can handle the last-minute call to held an event. Our best suggestion is at least one month in advance, however depending on the scale, urgency and circumstances of the event we could help you to realize such last-minute call.

There is no limitation on the number of meetings. Our team will accommodate as many meetings as necessary to help in concepting and planning the event accordingly.
